The Study Of College Recruiting System In The Perspective Of Equal Right To Education

The implementation of the equal right to education is an important factor to measure a country's degree of social equity and justice in the modern society.College Recruiting System is not only the main access to higher education for our citizens,but also social mobility,and therefore it is essential to implement equal right to education in this part.Over the years,College Recruiting System has played an important role to guarantee the equal right to education of our citizens,but the legal guarantee system of College Recruiting System is not perfect,Provincial Admission Quota System need further improved,the college entrance examination bonus points policy need further standardized,the master status of College Recruiting System is shaken by other enrollment means,and the equal right to education of the disabled candidates and sick candidates need further guarantee.In order to achieve this goal,the central government determined to reform College Recruiting System,which is the common aspiration of the people of the whole country.The decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on major issues concerning comprehensively deepening the reform was passed to make a comprehensive,systematic,clear deployment of this reform in the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee.As one of the important measures of the central deployment to comprehensively deepen the reform,the implementation plan of College Recruiting System reform was published by the central government On September 4,2014.It is the most comprehensive and systematic reform since College Recruiting System was rehabilitated in 1977.One of the main purpose of College Recruiting System is to make sure that our citizens can have equal right to education.The community expresses their views on how to advance College Recruiting System reform.Based on the Marxism theory of equal right to education,by integrating and using law,education,political science and related theories of other subjects,in the perspective of equal right to education,In order to improve the College Recruiting System,I will use documentary research?case analysis and other methods to analyze the pros and cons of the existing College Recruiting System,evaluate the College Recruiting System reform program and advise that Legal Guarantee System?Provincial Admission Quota System and the college entrance examination bonus points policy should be revised,maintain the master status of College Recruiting System and protect the equal right to education of the disabled candidates and sick candidates.
