In the background of the floating population expanding and the structure has undergone significant changes,solve the educational needs of Guangzhou migrant children is becoming a problem.We need integrate education,economy,social development to make children from “attend school” to “eager to learn”,and then to“pursuit the individual needs”.In this article,based on education,combing the development process of migrant children educational needs,and provide recommendations based on the factors affecting demand evolution.The main contents of this analysis are:Combing the development process of migrant children educational needs.From three parts,they are meeting the basic education needs,meeting improving needs,and outlooking for the individual needs.Focusing on the policy evolution of migrant children,the increasing number of schools,the improving quality of education and the satisfactory of individual needs.Comparative analysis of the development of Shanghai featured schools construction and learn useful experience from Shanghai.Combined with the development process of private education demand evolution,found that private education related closely to the development process of migrant children educational needs.migrant children are the main part of private education.Combined with development of private education and the development process of migrant children educational needs,construct a model of education demand evolution.This model can be used to analyze the educational needs of a given area during a certain stage of development and degree of satisfaction.Using the reference index such as the number of schools,the quality of school education,comprehensive service management,tuition prices,the individual needs,provide a reference index for assessing educational needs development stage.Based on the data and the model,with the impact of the evolution demand factors(PESTER)to analyze,we can conclude that: the school number and size should be reasonable regulation of the floating children in Guangzhou City;guarantee of migrant children school teachers interests;configuring reasonably of migrant children schoolhardware;guiding to cultivate personality potential of migrant children;focusing the special characteristic of courses.
