Strategic Research On Spiritual Cultural Construction Of Vocational Schools

School spiritual culture is the interpretation of thoughts,concepts,attitudes and values of teaching activities,which endows the school with its unique charm.The purpose of school spiritual culture education lies in the establishment of an atmosphere influences the students' sentiment by the time,constructs healthy personality,improves comprehensive quality.The spiritual culture of vocational school has the characteristics of occupation,region and integration,which has the guiding,cohesion,incentive and standard values.Spiritual cultural construction of vocational school urges integration of various cultural resources,including inheritance of traditional school culture,as well as integration of professional and corporate cultures,as a way of demonstration local cultural characteristics.Through the case study of Wenling Taiping senior vocational school,we find the inadequacies of its cultural construction lying in the aspects of cultural uniqueness,ecological integrity and negligence of education in comprehensive qualities.In accordance with rules and regulations of spiritual cultural construction for vocational schools,we also extract the stone spirit as the essence of its cultural education,and raise the spiritual cultural construction strategies in terms of building a school culture of stone spirit,mining its cultural connotations and taking advantage s of its construction strategy in education values.
