Content: We Chinese people are now going through a period of society's transformation . Under the background of global economy and information globalization , The socia1ist market economy of our country has been deve1oping very quickly, the combining of all kinds of different of cultures and life s1y1es are accelerating, the teenagers are in face of (the choice of) various value ideas, life ideals and life styles. The junior students who are in the important stage of their body and mind deve1opment and learning to invo1ve in pub1ic 1ife of society, who are also in the critical period of the formation of ideology, moral character and value idea are in great need of efficient help and correct guide.This dissertation has made investigations and analysis about the situation of the traditional morality education for junior middle school students in Fuzhou city of Jiangxi. It has also approached the main issues which lie in the implementation of traditional morality. Meanwhile it has made a study on the necessity to strengthen traditional morality form the angle about the changing of times, the cultivation of national spirit and the need for the students' growth.Existing China is one part of historic China. While building school educating moral system, we should deeply learn the prime of Chinese traditional morality, and further excavate the greatest education resources which has been hidden in it, such as keeping behavior, goading oneself, filial piety, understanding morality, sincerity and credit, etiquette and compromise, pursuing public affairs, charity etc. They are all the quintessence of traditional morality. So up till now all these things are worth emphasizing and carrying forward. We should take the good opportunity of the ex-actuating between succeeding and creating, combine the times spirit, properly adjust and extend Chinese traditional morality, increasingly arouse the teenagers' nationality confidence and sense of pride, and strengthen their love of country and the aspiration to reward their own country. Only in this way can the traditional morality really embody its ideal value and practical significance as the junior students' moral thinking activity.According to reality of the imp1ementations, this dissertation has put forward the princip1es and methods on how to carry out traditiona1 mora1ity in midd1e schoo1 .
