National Fitness Program has been upgraded to a national strategy, showing people's concern on good health, meanwhile, school sports as an important part of the national fitness program, the students' physical health problem needs to be solved urgently; The completion of a new round of physical education and health curriculum reform comes up with specific problems in the process of implementing the content; Relative weakness of Rural education resources needs the localization of physical teaching. Facing with the above three problems, starting with the physical health of students, from the embodiment and regional characters of teaching, from track and field teaching as the most basic sports teaching content which develops more widely, is closely related to the additional examination of high school entrance exams and is the foundation of sports, this research explores the rationality of the content arrangement, from point to surface, to provide theoretical enlightenment for the development of the township middle school sports teaching.Using literature method, survey method and logic method, through investigating on the impact, implementation of the present situation, and the understanding of teacher-student relationship of athletics classroom teaching content of Junior Middle School in townships of the north of Henan province, this study summarizes the influence factors, analyzes of integrated strategy, and finally draws conclusions. Results show that, firstly, “Standard” and textbooks are of great significance to the choice of teaching content of track and field, but in the process of implementation, there exists the phenomenon that related theories are out of line with practice. Secondly, the teaching content of the track and field in the junior middle school sports teaching has been widely carried out; The teaching contents are often based on the effects on physical exam content; and they are lack of theory of track and field and cultural education. Besides, there exists a large deviation in the expectation of teaching contents of track and field between teachers and students, the teacher is given priority to the examination, while students give priority to novelty, however, both teachers and students are lack of the objective understanding of endurance and power project. What's more, the relations between the Curriculum standard and teaching material, the sports examination in high school entrance exams, teacher-student's understanding, all of which are important factors influencing the teaching content selection of track and field.In view of the status quo of teaching content choice on track and field of junior middle school in townships of the north of Henan Province, in the practical work, this thesis puts forward some suggestions to follow. First of all, it is necessary to organize specialized “standard” learning, so as to help physical education teachers deeply understand the connotation of the “standard”, and to emphasize the development of the sports teachers' teaching and researching activities so as to strengthen the teachers and students use of sports and health teaching materials. In addition, It should be thought in the view of dialectical thinking in dealing with the relationships between additional examination of high school entrance exams and teaching of track and field, to cultivate students' learning interest based on the cultural education of track and field, and to achieve the full impact of body and mind of students. Finally, the integration of track and field teaching content can regard the “Curriculum” as the guidance and teaching material as the foundation, focusing on the diversification of both the choice of approach and ways of implementation, valuing the promotion of teachers and students literacy as well as paying attention to its mandatory and its demand.
