Recent years,the job burnout of grass-roots civil servants has become increasingly prominent.The increasing problems such as feeling of fatigue,lacking of enthusiasm for work,sensing of achievement decreases,lacking of self-identification,lack of adjustment of personification disintegration behavior,losing of sense of belonging and lacking of organizational effectiveness which has seriously affected the government's social governance ability and the improvement of public service level.The influence of occupational ideal,personality characteristics,gender,length of service are the reasons.Besides,occupational bias,functional transformation,workplace level also affect the problems.Under the guidance of relevant theories of social work,the intervention mode is carried out according to the established group activity plan,and the intervention mode is adjusted according to the evaluation results in time,so as to help grass-roots civil servants,face up to and improve the problem of job burnout,then summarize the successful experience from the whole process of intervention,reflect on the existing problems,and put forward suggestions,in order to provide some reference for the academic research in this field and the decision-making of relevant administrative departments.
