Instructional design is a initial premise for teachers to do teaching jobs. Combining the educational practice experience, the writer selected lesson 12 of the first title “value and values” from senior politics Compulsory 4 “Life and Philosophy”, to study this lesson instructional design and implement this design in classroom activities. It not only focused on the theoretical study of instructional design, but also the effectiveness of the instructional design. A complete instructional design generally has the following components: teaching materials analysis, learning situation analysis, teaching target analysis, analysis of teaching focuses and difficulties, teaching methods, the whole idea, process design, the blackboard design, and homework. According to the basic structure of instructional design, the writer mainly discussed the following some aspects from the specific process of instructional design:Firstly, this paper analyzed the basic principles of the instructional design and the specific principles of the instructional design about the high school political lesson systematically, which was from the general steps to the specific design steps to discuss the importance of instructional design for the high school political lesson. The general instructional design emphasizes the need of the students, according to the characteristics of students to arrange the implementation of the instructional design and inspire students to learn actively; in the implementation process, the teacher must take into account many factors and make these factors to be a system as a whole to improve the feasibility of the instructional design and to acquire timely the evaluation from teachers and students to improve the quality and efficiency of instructional design. The instructional design should be looked as the art and science of unity. For the specific instructional design of high school political lesson, it requires the designer to combine the characteristics of the times, the mental development of students and the real life to make out the design, and also to ensure the implementation of the instructional design. Teachers should make effective mechanisms to develop instructional design high school politics and effectively improve the students’ political qualities and moral standards.According to the basic principles of instructional design and the specific principles of instructional design about senior high schools, the second part specifically addressed the instructional design about the “valueandvalues”,whichwasanimportantpartofthisarticle.fortheoverallteachingdesign,thewriterconductedleading-intostimulatestudents’ interestandintroducerelatedissues,andguidedstudentstoconductcommunicateandcooperatewitheachotherinordertodealwithdoubts,andfinallydiscussedtogetthefinaloutcomebycooperating.bythefollowingaspects,suchasanalyzingmaterials,analyzingthelearningsituation,formulatingtheteachingobjectives,establishingteachingkeysanddifficulties,selectingteachingmethods,designingthespecificteachingprocessandtheevaluationreflection,etc.,thewriterselectedthematerialsandcasesclosingtothestudents’ lifeinordertomakestudentsabsorbthislessonknowledgewell.bylearningthislesson,itispossibleforthestudentstounderstandthemeaningofvalueandvaluesinthephilosophicalsense,establishloftymoralidealsinlifeandusethecorrectoutlookonlifeandvaluestoguidefuturepath.finally,thewriterhaddonetheteachingreflectionofthiscoursebeforeclass.forthereflectionofthislesson,itshouldseizethestudents’ pointsofinterestandattentionintheteachingprocessoftheimplementationforthefuture,enhancetheabilitytocontroltheunexpectedemergencysituation,andpayattentiontoeverystudentsothateverystudentcanparticipateintheclassesactively.
