Since the implementation of quality education and the new curriculum reform,cultivating the core literacy of middle school students has become the primary goal.As the primary and basic subject core literacy,the cultivation of political identity literacy is related to the healthy growth of middle school students and the establishment of ideals and beliefs.In order to better adapt to the requirements of today’s society for personnel training,high school ideological and political teaching should be combined with the requirements of the new curriculum,design more conducive to the cultivation of students’ political identity literacy curriculum,on this basis,high school ideological and political teaching design and implementation should be improved from a new perspective.In this paper,by drawing on the successful experience of OBE concept in the field of education,the OBE concept will be integrated into the ideological and political teaching in high school,around the OBE concept and political identity literacy theme,using questionnaires and experimental research methods such as ideological and political high school Philosophy and Culture content of teaching design and teaching practice research.First of all,using questionnaires and interviews,to investigate high school students and high school political teachers,to understand the current situation of high school political teaching political identity literacy cultivation.And sort out the OBE concept and high school political teaching political identity literacy cultivation in the training objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching evaluation and other aspects of the fit,is conducive to the cultivation of political identity literacy.Secondly,under the guidance of OBE concept and based on the cultivation of students’ political identity literacy,the design principles of learning activities to promote the development of high school students’ political identity literacy under OBE concept are determined,and the framework of learning activities for the cultivation of high school students’ political identity literacy in Ideological and political teaching under OBE concept is constructed.Taking the content of values and values in Philosophy and Culture as an example,this paper makes a detailed teaching design for the application of OBE concept in political teaching.Finally,during the teaching experimental research,combined with the scores and questionnaires to understand the students’ learning status,emotional attitude and ability changes,through observation and data analysis to test the feasibility and effectiveness of OBE concept applied to ideological and political teaching in high school and summarize the shortcomings in teaching.It is found that the teaching design based on OBE concept has very important application value in teaching practice.OBE concept is in line with the core concept of the new curriculum standard.The teaching design under the guidance of OBE concept fully embodies the studentcentered idea,adheres to the main role of students,stimulates students’ interest in learning,improves students’ ability,and plays an important role in promoting students’ political identity literacy.The combination of OBE concept and ideological and political teaching in senior high school provides a new choice for exploring OBE concept and teaching design and practice of subject teaching in senior high school.
