In order to further improve the quality of teaching, the country lanunched a new round of basic education curriculum reform,especially for high school teaching, made great adjustments. Lesson plan design is an important link in teaching, it is a key factor in deter mining the quality of teaching, to a certain extent, also affect the implementation of the new curriculum reform. Threfore, under the new curriculum idea of high school thought ideological and political classes teaching plan design research has important theoretical significance and practical significance.One is beneficial to improve the level of ideological and political teacher`s lesson plan design,improve teachers` teaching ability;the second is conducive to broaden the train of thought for studying the thought political lesson teaching plan design,promote the thought political lesson teaching plan design research deepening;the third is conducive to further implement the new curriculum concept,strengthen the thought political lesson teaching effect.Under the background of new curriculum reform in senior high school political lesson teaching plan design as the research object, the integrated use of survey method, clsaaroom observation, the methods of combining qualiative analysis with quantitative analysis, tries to explain the new currculum reform under the background of high school political lesson teaching plan design is still existing problems, and analysis the reasons for these problems, on the basis of this puts forward countermeasures.This article is divided into four parts, the first part, the concept of the teaching plan and value.This part through literature search, collect data, the system elaborated the concept and type of lesson plan and lesson plans. The second part, through the survey of high school political lesson teacher lesson plan design cognitive situation, combined with the current high school political lesson teaching the specific lesson plan design case, analysis the problems existing in the current high school political lesson teaching plan design and points out the resons for these problems. The third part, according to the requirement of the new curriculum reform, and put forward under the background of new curriculum reform of high school political lesson teaching plan design should be the full implementation of the high school politics curriculum standard, implement the new curriculum reform of basic concept, adhere to the marxist basic ideas with times characteristics, fully understand the students' learning situation. The fourth part, based on the current problems existing in the high school political lesson teaching plan design, combined with the requirements of the new curriculum reform, from the lesson plan evaluaton management system, establish good lesson plan evaluation standard under the background of new curriculum reform put forward countermeasures to improve the level of the high school political lesson teaching plan design.
