College students are the country's valuable human resources, the hope of the motherland, and the future of the nation. Ideological and moral quality of university students will be directly related to the prosperity of the socialist cause, to China's economic, political and social development and to national progress and prosperity. Therefore, since the 16 th National Congress of the CPC, the State Council made it a major project in the new era to further strengthen and improve ideological and political education and to train qualified builders and successors of the socialist party. Ideological and political theory course is the main channel for college students ideological and political education. It has a special role in shaping young students' scientific outlook on the world, life and values. It a required course for college students. It reflects the essential characteristic of socialist University. As an important part of college students, vocational students is the front-line force in China's future production, construction and management, as well as an important part of our human resources.Students learning investment is a hot topic of research in the field of international higher education, attracting more and more attention in recent years of domestic scholars. To explore the the status quo and influencing factors of ideological and political theory courses of study, this study, based on the relevant research experience, draws on the relevant measurement scale, produces a questionnaire of the ideological and political theory course students involvement. This thesis has collected first-hand information from 6 Chengdu colleges and universities. Through statistical data analysis of SPSS17.0, this thesis focuses on the following aspects:First, according to the statistics analysis of the status quo of Ideological and Political Course Learning involvement, when cognition, emotion and behavior are put into discussion, cognitive involvement ranked the first in students ideological and political course learning, followed by emotional engagement and behavioral involvement respectively. It shows that cognitive awareness for ideological and political course is relatively paid higher attention to. However, in the actual process of learning action and emotional experience, the reality is less satisfactory.Second, an internal differences analysis is carried out concerning college students ideological and political course from the cognitive, emotional, behavioral aspects. Besides, an internal differences analysis is carried out concerning the overall involvement of Ideological and Political Course. This thesis comes to the conclusion that significant differences exist in gender and disciplines, and there is no difference in the grade and type of school.Third, based on the theory of constructivism, through the analysis of the influence factors of college students ideological and political course, mainly from cognition, school and family these three dimensions, this thesis shows that these three factors are exerting a greater impact on college students ideological and political course learning inputs.Fourth, according to the Marxist theory of human freedom on the comprehensive development and transformation of the subjective and objective world, "correct cognitive learning", "learning behavior norms," "cultivating positive emotions" are taken into consideration, and “the principle of direction”, “the principle of subjectivity ", and "the principle pf targeting” are upheld. This thesis proposes a five-aspects of policies and measures, that is: “Use Marxism to arm students ", "Improve and innovate teaching content and methods", " Strengthen education management and reform", "Strive to create a good educational environment" and "Optimizing the family education environment."...
