Practice Research On Cultivate The Students' Non-intelligence Factors During High School Chemical Experiment Teaching

Putting more attention to the non-intelligence cultivation about chemical experiment teaching of high middle school can meet the needs of high school chemistry teaching and students' self development.Traditional philosophy of education usually pay more attention to improve the intelligence level,but ignore the students' personality and characteristics,which leads to the cultivation of students' non-intelligence factors got no attention.Therefore,it is very important to develop students' non-intellectual factors.The cultivation of non-intellectual factors in chemical experiment teaching will contribute to improving students' comprehensive quality and have a positive significance to their further development.Through the study of non-intelligence factors cultivation results which combined with the actual situation of experiment teaching in middle school and study characteristics,I developed experimental research program and held a discussion with some students.According to the above precondition,I established five teaching strategies about culture of non-intelligence factors.First,emphasize experiment teaching and create interesting experiment properly;second,extremely precise with great attention to details and adopt correct attitude towards study;third,care for student and make use of affection in a positive approach;fourth,exploit chemical history and hones the mental toughness;fifth,teach students in accordance with their aptitude and achieve good personality.Based on the above strategy,I randomly selected Class 6 as test Class and Class8 as control Class which from Grade 2 of ShenQiu No.2 middle school.Then detailed experimental studies of chemical experiment teaching practice were being made.In order to investigate the effect of non-intellectual factors training,two classes,total 100students' pre-test,mid-test and post-test scores were processed and analyzed.The practice research results showed that the post-test scores of the two classes differs in significant achievements: Z_D=4.69>Z?=1.96(?=0.05,p=0.95).Compared to the average,the chemical score of Class 6 was 3.67 points higher than the control Class.According to high scores,the quantity of 80 points in Class 6 was 30% higher than the control Class.From the discussion with students,they have been gradually adapted to chemistry experiment teaching methods,and preliminary master skills and methods of how to develop their own non-intelligence factors in the experimental teaching,which played a significant role in their own personal growth.Comprehensive analysis of Statistics listed above indicated that it was very effective to cultivate students' non-intelligence factors by using five teaching strategies about chemistry experiment teaching.We need improve the proportion of experiment in chemistry teaching,and consciously guide students to cultivate interest,attitude,motivation,emotion,willing and personality in the experiment teaching.Because of cognitive characteristics,learning and the development level of students in different stages were different,cultivation effect of non-intelligence factors was also quite different.So there are a lot of work needs to be further explored in the future.
