With Discovering new ways to expand high quality open educational resources,Internet technology provides a diversified and quick access to educational resources,fostering balanced development of high quality open educational resources,laying the foundation for construction of learning society.SPOC,as a new internet concept,is characterized by improving and reshaping the teaching of MOOCs.The main research question of this study centered on how to use small,private,and online high grade teaching resources in Open Education,in order to enhance the teaching quality of Open Education.This paper focuses on the current situation and progress of the open education,by using literature study method and analyzed the majorjournal with the "open education","flipped classroom","MOOC" theme-related literature,find the problems existing in the open education,and grasp the main research focus and scope of this article.At the same time,by using the method of case analysis,comparison analysis was studied for the typical cases at home and abroad,to explore the influence and enlightenment on the development of the open education.Based on the study the model for teaching design,Mastery learing theory,postmodernism tearing theory and teaching design theory,the study tried to construct a general SPOC-based teaching design pattern in Flipped Classroom,including the designs of teaching content,the strategies of persongalized learning,diversified teaching activities and pluralized teaching evaluation system.The teaching activity design model has a guiding significance in the Open education teaching,this model will be divided the whole teaching design into SPOC platform of teaching activities and flipped classroom teaching activity design.The study put this pattern into real teaching practice,proposing a teaching plan for activity in detail,verifying it in a real situation.In the teaching process,data of different types from the platform of SPOC and Flipped Classroom were collected,including the students' feedback before studying on SPOC platform,the observation of their learning attitude to Flipped Classroom,the learning result demonstration after class,the test scores,the students about their learning attitude,etc..The study summarized what needs to be ameliorated in the teaching design by analyzing the data.Finally,the study showed five problems in need of attention as follows when SPOC-based teaching pattern in Flipped Classroom was applied in the Open University.Students' main role and teachers' guiding role are equally important;SPOC needs to befurther refined;construction of knowledge should focus on identifying and solving problems;teaching process attach great importance to effective communication;learning feedback should be specific and in time.In conclusion,the study was made to bring guidance and help to Open educational resources and even the growth of Open Education through the application of SPOC-based teaching pattern in Flipped Classroom.Provide strong support for our country education fairness,and for the sustainable development of the Open University online course construction in our country.
