Teaching refers to the teacher to the students through verbal and nonverbal system to transfer knowledge of a kind of teaching method. Middle school classroom teaching effectively refers to the teacher's lectures for the planning and preparation, follow the rules of lectures, the greatest degree to realize the goal of classroom teaching. Middle school teachers'classroom teaching status refers to effective class teaching is effective, which effectively and the effective degree of different aspects. With the implementation of the new round curriculum reform, the quality education of the growing importance of, become the pronoun of "injection" of teaching middle school classroom teaching. Therefore, research the present situation of the middle school classroom teaching, analyzing the main factors which affect middle school classroom teaching effectively, explore the effective teaching countermeasures, promote middle school classes for high school teachers to improve classroom teaching, realize the effective teaching is of great significance. Implement questionnaire for middle school teacher found that middle school classroom teaching as a whole and different ways is effective. Lectures different aspects of the effective score from high to low in turn to teach clear accuracy, teaching organization, teaching expression, teaching organization inspired teaching, scientific rationality and teaching art. For middle school classroom observation found that the classroom teaching effectiveness in classroom teaching time, expression of classroom teaching, combined with other teaching methods, classroom teaching organization; Classroom observation found that teachers, students and the classroom atmosphere is the main factor that influence on the effectiveness of classroom teaching. The author believes that the teachers' factors affecting middle school classroom teaching effectively mainly includes teachers' professional quality and ability, job burnout, work motivation, and the relationship between teachers and students; Students factors mainly include the students' support and investment; From another perspective, mainly including the restriction of traditional education teaching idea, the constraints of exam-oriented education environment and professional training. According to the actuality of middle school classroom teaching, especially the existing problems and influence factors to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, teachers must improve professional quality and ability, relieve job burnout, to strengthen the internal motive, the construction of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students; Students must give support to teachers to teach and do it wholeheartedly investment; In addition, to improve teaching effectiveness, but also must update the education teaching idea, reform the examination system, and strengthening the training lectures.
