Modern Educational Technology, Northwest Normal University public courses in the compulsory two courses of "Teaching Information Technology" and "information technology teaching environment application", "application of information technology teaching environment" program is a platform based on Moodle teaching combined with independent learning, which provides a large number of micro-video for students study. Micro-video teaching resources, students can learn anytime, anywhere; you can repeatedly watch micro-video; specific visual image, not only increased the interest of learners, but also to improve learning efficiency. The study concludes the way of micro-video teaching and design principles. At the same time, the study for "Information teaching environments" courses, which is amid to improve students information literacy and skills, and receive good effects finally.The study is divided into six parts:The first part of the introduction. From the micro-video, education information, there are three aspects needs in "Information teaching environments". According to the existing literature to understand the situation at home and abroad study micro-video, video analysis in recent years, several areas where the micro studies lay the foundation for future study.
