2012 State Council forwarded "on further strengthening the work of a number of school sports views of the notice",the Ministry of Education to implement the eighth plenary meeting spirit November 13,2015 and issued on school sports "three documents",the document clearly requires all students to physical health monitoring,assessment included the modernization of education indicators.December 7,2014 the State Council issued "Opinions on Accelerating the development of sports industry to promote sports consumption",the sports industry and strive to 2025 the total size of more than 5 trillion yuan,promoting sustained economic and social development in an important force.Physical Education Students coming mostly engaged in physical education teachers,coaches or social sports instructors and other professional school sports as the basis for mass sports,competitive sports and sports industries,and their level of professional theory,technical subjects practical ability and knowledge level sport directly restricting sports,sports,the development of mass sports and the sports industry competitive school.Therefore,this article will use the learning attitude and effective achievement of the targets,through literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to study how different factors causing differences and learning attitude and theoretical learning attitude of students of normal sports colleges relationship with Technical courses scores,and analyzes the factors that influence the theory and Technical courses achievements,aimed at improving China's sports Majors treat theoretical attitude and technical subjects,so that they increasingly pay attention to the theory and balanced technical subjects knowledge structure,and establish new learning concept,so as to promote the healthy development of learning attitude,lay the theoretical foundation for the realization of PE Majors "walking on two legs" and professional disciplines.The study found that the status quo heavy technical subjects Theory in student learning attitude theoretical and Technical Courses overall presence,there are also different gender,obviously students,the professional grades,personal values,exercise level and parental education students Theory and Technical Courses Learning Attitude difference.The overall performance of most of the girls in Theory learning attitude than boys,and Technical Courses performance has roughly the same as boys or slightly lower than boys;sex,students,the professional grades,personal values,different sports and parental education level the presence of students theory and Technical courses results significant difference;presenting a positive correlation between learning attitude and academic achievement that students learn better attitude,the better the results obtained,the worse attitude towards learning obtained results worse.Recommendation: the ideological education as ways to improve student learning attitude;strengthen the style construction,promote good style of study;strengthening discipline construction,promote students Theory and Technical Courses balanced development;change the concept of consciousness,to enable students to establish a correct attitude towards learning;individual students We should pay attention to technological learning at the same time recognizing the important value of theoretical knowledge,to develop the habit of continuous learning,knowledge resources into intellectual capital,improve their core competitiveness.
