Under the social background of the popularization of higher education,the quality of higher education is directly related to the quality of college students.Student groups is the direct stakeholders of higher education,is also the object of higher education services,student get learning experience by schools provide education environment,students' enthusiasm,professional learning satisfaction degree and the final study harvest is a reflection of the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,are powerful tools to review and monitoring of the quality of the higher education.Through descriptive statistical analysis,it is found that the professional satisfaction degree,learning engagement degree and academic achievement level of sports college students in snow and ice direction are medium,in the mean position,and there is a lot of room for improvement.Through the direction of ice and snow sports college students professional satisfaction and commitment to academic learning harvest of regression analysis,the study found that more than professional satisfaction dimensions into the regression model,which learning into degrees,professional curriculum dimensions of satisfaction,professional teachers dimension,training target to achieve dimension,employment prospects,dimension and the practice dimension respectively and academic gain scores and academic gains there is significant positive correlation between each variable,learning commitment,professional satisfaction is a key factor positively predict academic results.According to the results of regression analysis,Suggestions are put forward from the two process influencing factors of professional satisfaction and learning engagement.To improve the level of learning engagement: first,enhance the professional adaptability and professional emotional identity of sports college students in snow and ice direction,and improve the professional learning engagement of sports college students in snow and ice direction;Secondly,it is necessary to improve students' interest in sports majors in the direction of snow and ice,so as to improve their involvement in professional learning and positively affect their academic achievements.To improve the degree of professional satisfaction: higher sports colleges and universities should integrate the characteristics of special training activities of snow and ice sports technology in the setting of training objectives,ensure the establishment of a scientific and reasonable professional curriculum system,and cultivate students' comprehensive ability;Optimize the structure of teachers,improve the professional level of teachers;Reasonable use of teaching resources,improve teaching hardware facilities,to ensure the normal operation of professional teaching;Schools should also increase the investment in practical learning,cultivate students' professional quality,provide professional talents for the society,and lay a solid foundation for students to work.
