With the development of the times, the competition has become increasingly fierce, which makes today's society pay more attention to the pursuit of efficiency and success. Under this environment, many schools turned to be the "test factory". They pursue the high enrollment rate, while ignoring the overall development of students. Meanwhile, in the context of the reform of basic education curriculum and the college entrance examination system, the development of education is gradually to the "new normal", and the educational ideal is the soul to push education into "new normal". Teachers are the subject of education, the importance of them can not be ignored. In this study, the author uses narrative research methods, focuses toward Teachers'individual educational ideals, and researches teachers how to build and implement its educational ideals in the transition period.This study describes the story of four teachers. They come from different disciplines, with different professional background and educational experience. According to the analysis of Ran Tiexing for the education ideal, the difference of the ideal of education, educational purposes and educational objectives is homogeneous and hierarchical, rather than heterogeneous; because from the view of formal logic, their relationship is the mother and the child. The study finds that, as a beginner teacher, Lin Xia's educational ideal of "learn to think" can be understood as an educational goal;as an skilled teacher, Qin Feng's educational ideal of "shaping students' behavior, exercising logical thinking ability" can be understood as a kind of educational purpose and educational goal; as an expert, Xiao Fang's educational ideal of "own rich"can be understood as the education of waking up and growing together; as an expert teacher, Li Yang's educational ideal of "consistent with students' development, in-depth the minds of students", contains his understanding and thinking on education law. The research on whether the four teachers can realize their ideals finds, Lin Xia can't realize her ideals, while Qin Feng can gradually realize his ideals. Xiao Fang and Li Yang are able to achieve their own ideals, but the styles are different. In summary,the four teachers'educational ideal on the content reflected by the "table" to "inside" changes, on the chase in the pursuit of lofty to reflect changes in the Qian Jin, reflected in the realization of a loss to the inventive changes.In the study of their educational ideals, it is found that some teachers' educational ideals are based on their dissatisfaction with the reality of education.They hope to change the bad side of education. While some teachers'educational ideal is beyond the reality itself, and its goal is to create a happy life for the students.For the degree of realization, educational ideal which based on the reality is easy to achieve, but for the beginning teachers they are challenges; While the educational ideal which beyond the reality is difficult to achieve, some teachers are also able to achieve and stick it. All in all,four teachers' educational ideals proceed from the outward to inner essence in content, change from simple-type to profound ideal in pursuit, develop from being at a loss to opening a new road for theirselves in achievement.In the analysis of the factors that affect the formation and development of teachers' individual educational ideal, this study finds that the factors which affect the formation and development of the educational ideal are both common factors and individual factors. Common factors include the needs of the times, the country's policies and mission, the educational philosophy of schools and other individual factors include the period of teacher professional development,teachers' theoretical training, teaching experience and self-reflection capabilities. The study finds that at the same dimension of time,the educational ideals of Lin Xia, Qin Feng, Xiao Fang, Li Yang who at the different stages of teacher professional development presents different condition.Lin Xia:"cloudiness"; Qin Feng:"clarity";Xiao Fang:"awakening";Li Yang:"liberty". Corresponding in the realization of the educational ideal,it shows the different states:Lin Xia:"giving up";Qin Feng:"getting better"; Xiao Fang:"adept";Li Yang:"innovation". And this trend is also related to the four teachers' professional development:the beginning teachers give up the ideal,and the skilled teachers begin to achieve the ideal, and the experts achieve the ideal.It can be found that teachers in the pursuit of their educational ideal is also the process of their professional development, and the educational ideal promote their professional growth.
