This paper studies the problem of that, Under Environment Network Learning Community, Teachers how to use the "network learning community" to carry out inquiry teaching and hierarchical teaching in physics courses. To improve the teaching efficiency of Teachers, improve students' interest in physics, and physical performance.According to the nature of the course content, physics curriculum can be divided into three aspects:Theory course, experiment course and exercise course. Many reasons caused all aspects of students' knowledge, abilities, interests, etc. so we can't teach the students in the same way on the depth t or difficulty of the teaching content, teaching methods, and So that each student's ability, personality strengths have been to maximize the development.Stratified teaching according to the differences between students. According to the characteristics of each student, and manage them in different way. In the teaching objectives, teaching process, classroom practice, extracurricular counseling, teaching evaluation, we must deal with then in different way. And provide comprehensive development of classroom teaching for each student. This is exactly in line with the requirements of the new curriculum standards. This Traditional hierarchical teaching has many difficulty on how to mananage class and teaching practice. not only the Class-Selection System of stratified eaching method. but also Group cooperative learning method. Although many educators put forward a variety of hierarchical teaching methods. But there is not a complete and effective implementation of the program and Stratified teaching has a great negative impact on the learning motivation of the students with low levels.Students is the main body in Inquiry teaching. Teachers is the leading. Let the students consciously, take the initiative to find the problem, to explore the problem, and to grasp the general methods and steps to understand and solve problems. By studying the basic properties of the objective things. Discover the cause of the development of things and the internal relations of things. Then find out the objective law and form their own concept. Inquiry teaching requires teachers to have a strong ability to control the classroom, and teachers can reasonably control the student's inquiry activity. So there are higher requirements for teachers. Network learning community has rich learning resources and strong interactive function. And has better time and space effect. Advantage of network learning community. For every students, personalized learning can be carried out according to the needs of the development of their personality.This research is based on the analysis of the current situation of inquiry teaching and stratified teaching in Physics Teaching in China. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of Inquiry Teaching. Carry forward the advantages of Inquiry Teaching. And Combination Stratified teaching mode. Using the advantages of network learning community to broaden the teaching methods and teaching channels. Make up for the deficiency of traditional inquiry teaching and stratified teaching mode. Carry out the teaching model of the combination of Inquiry Teaching and Stratified teaching In the network learning community environment. And successfully build a network learning community based on the two teaching models. Analysis and introduction of the teaching mode. Through two specific case applications.
