We are in a era of knowledge explosion, new knowledge and skills continue to gush,at the same time, existing knowledge and skills are accelerating depreciation,Students only acquiring knowledge from school has been unable to meet the social development.To meet increasingly rapid development, our country should enhance the degree of citizens’ autonomous learning so as to build science, technology and culture. As we know, college students are the backbone of the future of the society, how to guide their autonomous learning are becoming more and more important.On the premise of arranging and summarizing previous studies, this paper define the concept of autonomous learning, the author communicate with college students and make a discussion with them, then select the relevant and influential factors about students learning independently.Author make a questionnaire by myself, and attempt to analysis about item analysis, factor analysis, reliability test so as to ensure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. With the random sampling method, author investigates Nanchang University in Jiangxi Province and issues 651 effective questionnaires.This study found that undergraduate students autonomous learningis not ideal in overall situation, students of different background variables in score about self-study difference was not significant, but there are significant differences in the various levels of self-study. After product moment correlation, multiple linear regression model test, author take a final verification of learning attitude, interest in learning, learners and teachers these real factors, know about how the factors influence undergraduate students studying independently, and determine the direction of impaction and the influence degree. At last, the result shows that the influence of students’ subjective factors are better than objective factors.From the results about this research, based on relevant research theories, author put forward three suggestions from educators, students themselves, social and cultural aspects.
