Teachers in higher vocational colleges that they have beard responsibility for developing the talents who have both strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills to the production front line.Teaching ability of advanced technical teachers will directly affect the quality of talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges.Based on the issues of how is the situation of advanced technical teachers' teaching ability and its existing problem,this paper have put forward the corresponding countermeasures.It is not only the requirement of social development to higher vocational education,but also advanced technical teacher's own development needs.This paper has studied the research results of the predecessors and based on domestic and abroad achievements,the systematic summary of the structure of higher vocational teachers'teaching ability from instructional design capacity,teaching implementation capacity,Information technology application capacity for the study of the four levels of this article,then according to advanced technical teacher's own development needs,it analyzed teaching ability evaluation results of several advanced technical teachers in Hebei province and inspected the teaching level of the teachers as well as the development status of the teachers' teaching ability was analyzed and evaluated,and the current teachers' teaching ability development status was summarized in four aspects.Combined with evaluation results and the questionnaire of the teachers,this paper explored the influencing factors further,and summed up the main factors that have influenced teaching quality.These three factors are personal factors,school factors and social factors.And personal factors including age,seniority,educated,and work experience.School factors including teaching facilities,teaching system,teaching concept.Social factors include education policy and public attention to higher vocational education.Started from three influencing factors and summed the three aspects of teachers,school and society,this paper have put forward the Countermeasures of each level.As for teachers,there are proposed for life-long learning,shrink the gap of age and seniority of teaching ability,actively participate in various kinds of training,raise their education levels,in-depth enterprise post practice,enhance promotion countermeasures of the work experience of enterprises.In terms of the school,it put forward to improving teaching facilities,creating a good working environment,perfecting teaching system,enhancing teaching effectiveness and inaugurating the ideas of running a school and focusing on the promotion countermeasures of teachers' long-term development.On the social level,it develops on constituting and consummating education policies,extends policy support,increase funds for vocational education and improves public attention to promotion countermeasures.
