"Double-qualified" teachers are the key force to promote the development of vocational education,and the construction of a "double-qualified" teacher team is an important problem faced and urgently needed to be solved in the current vocational education teaching reform.The quality structure of the teaching staff directly affects the speed and quality of the high-quality development of higher vocational education,and the teaching ability of teachers is the pivot of the quality structure of teachers.It has typical practical characteristics,and practical teaching occupies an important position.Therefore,the key to improving the teaching ability of "double-qualified" teachers lies in the improvement of practical teaching ability.The practical teaching ability of"double-qualified" teachers directly determines the quality of practical teaching and higher vocational education.The quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.At present,"double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges have certain practical teaching ability,but they still cannot meet the needs of high-quality development of vocational education.The improvement of the practical teaching ability of "dual-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges is conducive to the individual career development and professional growth of "dual-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges,and can also promote the improvement of the overall level,so as to provide education and teaching for vocational colleges.Reform provides impetus support.The improvement of "double-qualified" teachers’ practical teaching ability involves multiple stakeholders,so it needs to be promoted in coordination with multiple parties,and comprehensive reforms in all aspects,including system construction and cultural atmosphere,require not only institutional support,but also social and cultural atmosphere.The timely change in the situation will increase the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate.The academic research on "double-qualified" teachers mainly focuses on the status quo,training,and certification standards.Specifically,there is a lack of research on the practical teaching ability of"double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges.Based on the path dependence theory,the improvement of its practical teaching ability is constrained by the effects of increasing returns,sunk costs,inertial locking,adaptive expectations,etc.,and falls into the predicament of system dependence,standard dependence,resource dependence,and subject dependence,resulting in the "double-teacher type"."There is a certain gap between the improvement of teachers’ practical teaching ability and what they should be.This study takes four higher vocational colleges in Guangxi as the research objects,follows the interpretivist methodology,adopts the literature research method and survey research method to study the basic structure and improvement path of their "double-qualified" teachers’ practical teaching ability,and uses path dependence Theoretically clarifies the path dependence pattern in the process of improving the practical teaching ability of "double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the starting mechanism of its path dependence,and proposes corresponding breakthrough paths,aiming to further improve the "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges."Type" teachers’ practical teaching ability,so that they can be better qualified for practical teaching work in higher vocational colleges.Through the sorting out of the literature,we can see that cross-border and integration,production and practice,dynamic and continuity are the main characteristics of"double-qualified" teachers’ practical teaching ability."The four levels of teachers’ practical teaching ability are the basic practical teaching ability at the basic level,the core practical teaching ability at the core level,the key practical teaching ability at the key level,and the practical teaching development ability at the demand level.These parts together constitute the practical teaching ability of "double-qualified" teachers.According to the results of questionnaire survey and interview survey,the overall level of"double-qualified" teachers’ practical teaching ability in higher vocational colleges is good,but the level of practical teaching ability is inconsistent between different dimensions.Among them,the overall level of the basic ability of practical teaching,the core ability of practical teaching,and the key ability of practical teaching is higher than the development ability of practical teaching.The reason is that in the process of improving the practical teaching ability of "double-qualified" teachers,the effect of increasing returns cannot be avoided,the sunk costs of institutional changes cannot be eliminated,it is difficult to break through the inertial lock of the path,and it is difficult to get rid of adaptive expectations,etc.,resulting in their practical teaching.The improvement of ability has fallen into the institutional dependence on the management system,the incentive system,the evaluation system,and the training system;The dependence on the main body ability of the actor,and the above all kinds of dependence together lead to the dependence of the "double-qualified"teachers’ practical teaching ability improvement path in higher vocational colleges,resulting in the lack of their practical teaching development ability.For this reason,in order to solve the current dilemma of dependence on the actual teaching ability of "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges,further improve the practical teaching development ability of"double-qualified" teachers,and stimulate their awareness and ability of social service and self-development,To cultivate their innovation ability and practical teaching and research ability,it is proposed to strengthen the construction of formal institutions to optimize the supply of institutions,to improve the construction of supporting informal institutions to form the joint force of informal institutions and formal institutions,and to optimize the supply channels of multi-party funds to reduce sunk costs.,Enhance the bounded rationality of actors to weaken the breakthrough path of the adaptation period expectations.
