China is in a critical period with high quality development.Made in China is facing the transformation from “made by China” to “made by intelligence”.To comprehensively promote the implementation of the manufacturing strategy,create made in China 2025,it is necessary to cultivate a large number of senior technical and technical personnel with "craftsman spirit".Craftsman spirit has been written into the government work report since 2016.It has aroused the research enthusiasm of experts and scholars from every field in China.A spirit of learning has been set in motion throughout the country to promote and practice the spirit of craftsmen.Craftsman spirit belongs to a kind of moral spirit,it is the process of engaging in specialized skills under the guidance of moral spirit,it is a kind of professional spirit.China's economic and industrial chain is in the transition from low-end "world OEM" to high-end "brand product" production and r & d period,the demand for middle and advanced skilled personnel is also on the rise,especially with the "spirit of craftsmen" of high-quality skilled personnel is imminent.At present,the number of middle and advanced skilled personnel in China is relatively low,with the upgrading of manufacturing industry and the development of modern service industry,the gap will grow.Under the guidance of "craftsman spirit",it is obligatory duty for higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality skilled talents for the country.Teachers are a key factor restricting the quality improvement of higher vocational education.The professional ability level of higher vocational teachers directly affects the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges,it is imperative to improve the quantity and quality of "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges.The first-class higher vocational teachers cast the first-class higher vocational education,to cultivate first-class senior skilled personnel.There are still some problems such as unreasonable structure,lack of practical experience,insufficient teacher training,low level of information technology,weak ability of reform and innovation,and lack of craftsman spirit,the quality of higher vocational teachers can not meet the needs of higher vocational education.Carry forward the spirit of craftsman in higher vocational colleges,it not only improves the teachers' morality but also improves the ability of double teachers,achieve the development of vocational education in China to achieve a win-win situation,this also highlights the importance and necessity of strengthening the construction of double-qualified teachers under the guidance of craftsman spirit.It has become one of the important research subjects in vocational colleges to study the cultivation of double-qualified teachers with craftsman spirit.This paper takes a vocational college in Hebei province as a case study,it is found that thereare problems in the construction of "double-qualified" teaching staff.With the "craftsman spirit" as the guide,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the connotation construction and promotion of the "double-qualified teachers".
