In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, comprehensive strength competition between the countries is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to enhance the comprehensive national power of our country and promote China’s comprehensive competitiveness in the international community by improving the quantity and quality of all kinds of talents, which gives a good intellectual support for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In recent years, the Chinese government actively deepens higher education reform and fully implements quality education in the field of higher education in China, and achieves certain effect. However, with the reform deepens continuously and college students’ basic situation changes, which makes the higher education institutions’ management work includes students’management work face new challenges.As the main component of higher education in recent years, in accordance with the national standard requirements, higher vocational institutions deepen reform actively, strive to improve the quality of education, and cultivate a large number of skilled application talents for the society. However, the same as average college, vocational college students’ management work is also facing the new situation, and need to solve the new problem.. How to construct the diversified students’ management mode of higher vocational colleges has become a new task needs to explore and solve, which will affect the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges, reduce the vocational college graduates competitiveness and employment rate, and is unable to satisfy the social needs for skilled personnel.Taking Taiyuan University as the object of study, on the basis of in-depth understanding of the basic situation of Taiyuan University and investigation of its operation and effect of the current students’management mode, the author comprehensively analyses the problems and the causes of student s’management mode. According to the point of view of new public service theory, and aiming at the actual situation of China’s vocational colleges,the author proposes the idea of diversified construction of students’management mode applies to the most vocational colleges.
