Marxist Theory Of Professional Master Graduate Student Employment Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

Along with the meritocracy of the higher education shifted into the mass education in my country,more and more students will graduate from universities year after year,which,to a certain degree,cause more difficulties increasingly for the graduates in finding a job,who also feel more pressure on it.Anyway,students of different majors face problems with different degrees.In general,engineering graduates can find jobs much more easily than liberal art and science graduates. Among liberal art graduates, the students of Marxism programme will not get a comparatively ideal job easily even though they have a master degree.Therefore,it has its real sense to know the reasons why Marxism graduates have problems in finding job,to seek solutions for them,to pertinently come up with countermeasures solve the problems to some degrees,to supply employment guidance and suggestions with Marxism graduates and at the same time provide universities and relevant government departments references for them to make decisions.In this paper, in the guide of Marxism employment theory. By empirical study, Literature inquiry and comparative study, on the basis of current employment situations of Marxism graduates and questionnaire survey, I analyze the data. The result shows that the overall employment rate of Marxism graduates is high, but employment levels are not balanced, the time to find a job is too long and so on. The reasons are many. For example, enlarging enrolment of master students, employment levels not balanced, employment policy and the idea, ability, comprehensive quality of the graduates.In this paper I will research in the following aspects:In the introduction sector there are the background and significance of the topic and research methods and literature summarize.The first chapter is about Marxism employment theory where I analysis the Marxism employment theory and Sinicized Marxism employment theory on the background of planned economy and market economy.he chapter 2 is about the situations of the employment of Marxism graduates and the reasons. I conduct the interview analysis an the questionnaire survey of Marxism graduates, on the basis of which, I try to get the elements that could affect the employment of Marxism graduates.The Chapter 3 is to come up with some better countermeasures for the employment problems of Marxism graduates in the guild of Marxism employment theory.I hope this paper could give some suggestions about the employments for the Marxism graduates and supply the employment department of the government with the research results for them to make policies in order to hopefully help Marxism graduates find jobs.
