Under the dual influence of China's education reform and information education,the paper chooses "micro course" as a variable to intervene in teaching experiments,because micro course is not only the product of information education,but also the embodiment of China's education reform,The characteristics of micro class,such as short and vigorous,high degree of freedom,can effectively make up for the shortcomings in the traditional teaching process,and can effectively improve the learning efficiency of students and the teaching effect of teachers.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to apply the micro class to the actual physical education teaching,and to discuss whether the micro class auxiliary teaching is better than the traditional teaching method through the teaching experiment method,and analyze its feasibility.This paper adopts the research methods of literature,questionnaire and teaching experiment,and takes two classes of 2018 basketball elective course of Dalian Neusoft Information College as the experimental objects,Firstly,the concept,characteristics and types of micro courses are summarized,and the types of micro courses are selected according to the syllabus and the actual situation;Then,the micro course is applied to the teaching process,the data obtained before and after the experiment is studied and analyzed,and the application effect and method of micro course in the basketball teaching of ordinary colleges and universities are summarized and summarized;Finally,the problems in teaching are reflected,and the conclusions and suggestions are drawn,which can provide relevant basis for the promotion and application of micro courses,and provide reference for the educational reform and the improvement of physical education teaching effect in Colleges and universities.Through the research,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Compared with the traditional single teaching mode,the application of micro class in teaching can effectively improve the proficiency of students in mastering knowledge and skills,especially in mastering technical actions,which shows that the application of micro class can effectively improve the level of students' basketball technology.(2)Through 16 weeks of teaching,the physical quality of the two groups of students has improved,but through the comparative experiment of physical quality data we found that there is no significant difference between the two groups,which can be explained that the two groups of students' physical quality improvement range is generally similar,micro assisted teaching in improving the physical quality of students has no obvious advantage.(3)After sorting out the questionnaire,it is found that there is a significant difference inthe physical exercise attitude of the students in the experimental class before and after the experiment,while there is no significant difference in the physical exercise attitude of the students in the control class before and after the experiment,which shows that micro class assisted teaching can effectively improve the students' physical exercise attitude and enhance their interest in sports.(4)Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the use of micro class teaching can speed up students' understanding and mastering of actions,help students to establish correct action image,reduce the occurrence of wrong actions,and lay a solid foundation for later learning.
