The economic construction of our country can not without people of skills. The secondary occupational education plays a crucial role in the economic development. The state attaches great importance to the development of occupational education. The development scale of the secondary vocational education is expanding day by day. The development speed of secondary vocational school is improved. However, the learning condition of the students in secondary occupational school is not optimistic. There are a lot of students who are distracted in class and have no action at all in class. Students cannot fit the job requirements in the future when Students' grades are not improved.Based on the reality of thinking, I take a secondary vocational school in Jiangxi Province as an example. I select the students from the major of children's education, local area network, e-commerce, customer service from grade one and two for research. By way of questionnaire and interview, we can understand the phenomenon of recessive truancy and discuss the reasons of recessive truancy. Based on the in-depth analysis, I Put forward the corresponding suggestions from learning and psychological counseling, family and social environment, curriculum, teachers and other aspects.This article is composed of six parts: The first part is the introduction. This article introduces the background, purpose, significance, research status at domestic and abroad, as well as the main content of the paper and the methods used in the research. The second part mainly discusses about the theory of recessive truancy. First, define related concepts, followed by the analysis of related theories and recessive truancy. The third part is the study of occupational school students do recessive truancy. Questionnaires and interviews were conducted respectively. Finally, the survey data need the descriptive analysis and variance analysis. The fourth part is to find out the cause of distraction of secondary vocational school students to sort out. The fifth part is the exploration on the transform suggestions of occupational Students' recessive truancy. Improvement strategy is proposed from students, family and society as well as curriculum, teachers. We should offer guidance of learning methods and psychological counseling to students. Treat differently according to the cognitive features. Family and social should building a harmonious environment and improve the system. We should select proper content of curriculum. Schools should take employment as a guide to set the course. The sixth part is the conclusion. This section summarizes and reviews the article, reminds of the research direction.
