Person's thoughts have great effect on the reach of the action,with the continuous development of diversified society,in developing the student thought also is constantly in the direction of diversification development.How to the communist party of China proposed the core values of the column and undertake to the student ideological education,has become an important topic students growing social harmonious development.School as an education base,greatly exerts a subtle influence on the students way of thinking activities and behaviours,for them to society in the future become health psychology and the quality of have the citizens of harmonious society has a very important role.So the moral education in schools is an extremely important position.Moral education is short for ideological and political and moral quality cultivation,is the moral in individuals and society,is the individual in learning a certain social moral behavior standard,can show relatively stable psychological characteristics and tendencies.To junior high school students as the research object,this study adopts literature method,survey method,theoretical analysis of yunnan province a few junior high school moral education present situation analysis,these a few schools are drawn in the current situation of the development of ideological and moral quality education and students in ideology and moral character and psychological activity,social interaction,there are some problems and track the cause of these problems,it is concluded that the school in moral educationOne-way communication aspects of input and students' mind and need the disconnect between the input,disconnect between moral education and students' characters of disconnect,disconnection between closed-end management and students lively and outgoing personality,the main body of the main body of teachers and students there are contradictions caused by the root of the moral education cannot achieve the ideal effect.Also obtained the social negative image for the negative impact of school moral education to the root causes of moral education can not reach the goal.According to the root of the problem,the author put forward the thinking,principles,from the school moral education,educational environment and socialsupport to comprehensive moral point of view.With the development of the thesis,which is beneficial to set up the correct scientific way of school education,to build up a happy and harmonious school,to make students realize their real needs and understanding of the school,to make it more healthy grow and learn,contribute to the construction of a harmonious society,for the school education way to use the correct provides theory basis for cultivating students' positive and healthy morality.
