| Independent Institution from the outset to be positioned as a teaching-oriented colleges, undergraduate enrollment is generally the third batch ("three") of the students, the main train is practical talents. With the increasing demand for talent, coupled with growing social capital, providing independent colleges undergraduate education is also increasing. Its "enterprise management" model and the "school-enterprise cooperation" "government-school cooperation" and other cooperative education have become a focus study at this stage. Compared with other public institutions, independent institutions have two prominent features: Firstly school funding does not rely on state financial investment; Secondly, the school administration to implement the responsibility system under the Council leadership. Currently the independent administrative institutions often lack the mental preparation to accept the new technologies to improve the management, as well as lack of a rational thinking which is standing on educational institutions themselves to thinking the development. From this point of view can be found in the work of independent administrative institutions often have temporary in which sustainable development can not be done and can be conducted from the perspective of long-term development of Independent Colleges content.First, this paper carried out from two directions of management of indepen dent colleges and universities teaching management, mainly described from th e definition and characteristics ofindependent colleges. Universities and indep endent colleges usually have an independent legal qualifications, and independ ent schools generally have separate operating funds, independent colleges to h ave separate management systems; in teaching management, should be mainly in the content and teaching management theory to start. Teaching managemen t have four aspects:the teaching talent system, rational allocation of resource s, the process of teaching management, teaching quality supervision,.These fo ur aspects provide experience and theoretical support for today’s teaching man agement on independent colleges.Therefore, we selected two independent institutions, "Capital Normal University of Kede College" and "Zhongshan University of Electronic Science and Technology", respectively, as a representative of "school-enterprise cooperation" and "political school cooperation" case studies.Through the two kinds of data collection which is conducted on in-depth interviewing of the leaders of these two college, as well as their professional settings, enrollment information, employment information, student management, analyzed and summarized the outstanding problems of its management cooperation in running schools, and come up with strategies and improvements recommendations. |
