The Research On The Farmer Skills Training Needs In The Development Of Urbanization

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC offered to promote the development of urban and rural integration, The poorest city of enshi in the wuling mountainous area, actively respond to the calling. The enshi "city master plan(2010-2030)" was ompiled, stating future urbanization construction planning will be four stages, planning is expected to be completed from 2030 to the middle of this century. In the process of propulsion, a large number of farmers in need of skills training is a major practical problem faced by the urbanization, enshi has realized the importance of farmers' skills training, and it also provides a lot of training courses and programs. But farmers' demand is the foundation of to the problem, the farmer skill training is still in the stage of neglect, a lack of understanding of basic problem. Research on farmers training needs is the precondition of training, the decisive factor of carrying on, it has guiding significance.On the Research in enshi urbanization area, the author took a field trip of investigation which lasted more than six months to conduct fieldwork. I hope this survey can guide the farmer skill training planning and design in the future, in order to provide information with guidance, and I also hope it can provide useful reference to the training of farmers in other similar areas can.Research is based on the literature material, in process of participation in the observation, the author conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews, which combined with the process of urbanization in Enshi City, the economic structure, farmers shift the status quo, the existing level of training, to explain farmers' demand for skills training. based on the needs the division levels are varied, so as to analyze the changing needs of all levels, It comes to a conclusion that the main problems existing in skills training of farmers are farmers' needs of themselves, support from organizations and supply and demand contradictory. In the course of conducting skills training of farmers, the farmers' demand should be the benchmark, real farmer-oriented conducting can bring real benefits to farmers' training,, in order to truly promote urbanization. In the study of skills training needs of farmers, the support from organization is the key, it is the key link between farmers and skills training. Organization needs to mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers and stimulate farmers' needs, so the training are based on the needs of farmers; farmers themselves need to break the terms of their own limitations, have the courage to try and select to improve their training.Farmer skills training is changing with the development of urbanization, so the farmers skills training needs research is not temporary, it is long-term, and never stops.
