A wide range of higher education cooperation have positive effects on expanding educational resources, personal training and optimizing higher education structure, under this influence, some key universities have also enhanced interscholastic interactive to achieve their own development, and have achieved initial results, contrast with key universities, the interscholastic interactive between local colleges still in a relatively backward state.Currently, the transformation of local colleges is vital to restructuring of higher education, and the development of local colleges themselves faced with a shortage of resources, inappropriate goal, and social prejudice, the development is worrisome.Intercollegiate interaction should be have an effective way to let local colleges get out of the woods, this research is basic on this assumption.Based on existing literature and case, combined Literature analysis with policy analysis and historical analysis, this paper mainly completed the following research: First, Analysis of the significance of interaction between local colleges. Then, analysis the feasibility and obstacles of the interaction between local colleges. Finally, provides recommendations for some theoretical thinking and operational proposal.The main conclusions of this research are: Interscholastic interactive is important to local colleges on macro-management and micro-management significance.In terms of theory, policy and interactive technology, local colleges interactive is feasible; College league is a historical choice; The mode of the local college league is regional and homogeneity; The governance path of the local college league is from government to autonomy.
