The Research Of How Social Work Services Provided By University Involved In Public Welfare Institutions Under The Perspective Of Embeddedness

For a long time, the local social work still occupy the mainstream position in China's welfare services. The work of public welfare institutions limited to the Administrative procedures. The working method is simple and rough, service mode is single. And deeply influenced by management thinking, increasingly unable to meet the growing demand for service diversification and specialization of social transformation requirements. This situation has been paid more and more attention and research. At the same time also caused the attention of government departments.In 2013, the Ministry of Civil Affairs launched “the three district plan(in outlying and poverty-stricken areas, frontier minority areas and the old revolutionary base)” project. Huazhong University of Science and Technology as a support unit, sending students and teacher into the Xiaochang county two times, to carry out a social work service and personnel training in the local county and town level welfare centre.I takes Huazhong University of Science and Technology to undertake the second session of the " Three area professional talent support program " as a case. With "embeddedness theory" perspective, and the author uses qualitative research methods in practice, the specific use of participatory observation and in-depth interviews, in order to study the development of social work mode that the Social work in colleges and universities embedded in the government welfare institutions. First of all, starting from the characteristics of the embedded subject, object and medium, found embedded action can also play the advantages of college social work and the advantage of the project scheme, and make up for the disadvantages of Low level of public welfare institutions services and service content simplification, but also take into account the interests of many parties and form cooperative win-win situation. So "embedded" has the feasibility and rationality of reality. Secondly, after the discussion on the rationality and feasibility of the theory, then study embedded in the actual process, the interactive effect of embedding action on university social work, public welfare institutions and service objects, and the difficulties are presented and analyzed too. Finally, from the design of the system, the values of embedding, properly handle the relationship between parties to discuss strategies to solve and avoid these difficulties.
