The principal is fully responsible for the work of the kindergarten,is to perform the kindergarten leadership and management duties of professional staff.The director's professional quality not only affects the quality of kindergarten,but also relates to the construction of teachers and children's physical and mental health development.The professional quality of the principal will directly affect the social status of the principal as a professional group.Therefore,in order to promote the professional development process of kindergarten principals,build a high-quality team of kindergarten principals,deepen the reform and development of preschool education,it is particularly important to study the professional quality of kindergarten principals and improve the recommendations.This study based on 2015,the ministry of education issued the kindergarten professional standard ",includes the "the kindergarten professional status and influencing factors of questionnaire",namely "planning and development of kindergarten" from six areas,"build the culture of education","leading conservation education","leading teachers grow up","optimization of internal management" and "adapt the external environment" and three dimensions namely professional understanding and knowledge,professional knowledge and methods,professional ability and behavior,to the kindergarten at the country level S training center training from the national 234 key director in the investigation,SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to analyze relevant data to analyze the current situation of principal professional literacy and the main factors affecting principal professional literacy.At the same time,this study conducted in-depth interviews with 7 principals from different regions to collect the current situation of professionalism,influencing factors and professional growth paths of principals with different qualifications.This paper is mainly divided into five parts:The first part: Raising the question.This paper expounds the importance and urgency of improving the professional quality of kindergarten principals from two aspects of research origin and research significance.In this study,literature,questionnaire,interview and other methods were used to investigate the current situation and influencing factors of kindergarten principals' professional quality.The second part: Research design.The preparation of the questionnaire was explained to clarify the purpose of the preparation of the questionnaire,and the representative measurement indicators were compiled to finally prepare the initial questionnaire.The initial questionnaire was tested and analyzed.The initial questionnaire was issued and collected.Through the statistical analysis of the initial questionnaire,the index of the questionnaire was verified to be reasonable.Finally,formal questionnaires were formed.After the modification and analysis of the initial questionnaire,the formal questionnaire on the status quo and influencing factors of kindergarten principals' professional quality was formed.The third part:The present situation of the principal's professional quality.Through T test and single factor variance analysis,the differences of kindergarten principals' professional quality in different demographic variables were expounded.Through the descriptive analysis of the questionnaire,the overall situation of the kindergarten principal's professional quality and the current situation of the principal's professional quality in six areas were understood.The fourth part: The analysis of the factors affecting the principal's professional quality.Correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the factors affecting the principal's professional quality,and the main factors influencing the principal's professional quality were concluded as follows: principal's personal factors,kindergarten environmental factors and social factors,etc.The fifth part:Based on the investigation of the present situation of the kindergarten director's professional quality and the analysis of the influencing factors,the author puts forward some Suggestions to improve the kindergarten director's professional quality.Mainly is displays the principal principal consciousness,realizes the principal independent professional growth;Create a good environment for the growth of the director of the fertile soil;Strengthen social support to provide guarantee conditions for the professional development of the principal.
