As a new form of learning resources on internet, Micro-course is developing dramatically all over the world. The theory, design, development and research of application have become a focus in area of education. However, the misunderstanding of micro-course, the difficulties in the design and develop of micro-course and low efficiency on developed recourses of micro-course were main challenges for the mathematical teachers in elementary school. In this assay, the status of research on micro-course and its concept and characterization was sorted out and summarized. Also the basic theory of supported micro-course had been introduced. Then the principle of design and strategy on micro-course was proposed pointedly through the analysis on status of information technology on mathematics in elementary school, followed by establishing the design process of micro-course for mathematics in elementary school that can be executed more readily. The example on time learning in the third grade on elementary school(Edition of Human education) was taken in this assay, which developing the micro-course by using CamTasia Studio. At the end of the assay, the combination of summary on learning result and interview with teachers was necessary to seek and improve the deficiency on learning of micro-course.
