Bacon once said "body defect is often a contemptuous inferiority but the inferiority can also be a valiant up incentive". Just about this made up the spirit of imagination as well as the general population to enjoy equal rights for the disabled, accept education is the primary task. Sports play an important role in the disabled physical defect which on the one hand, it can improve the disabled physical defect and improve life self-care ability and physical quality, train the ability of social adaptation. Special physical education as a chunk of special schools, the role of sports should not be ignored, even more important, it can be transported for the large number of outstanding athletes and cultivate their sentiment, promote social harmony. So the special school sports teaching present situation, which have certain necessary, hope to special school sports teaching present situation to improve.In this study, the scope of special education school ranges from the blind, deaf, dumb and retarded school. In this paper, we refer them as special education school. While different kinds of disabled students, we call them special students.This paper regards the six special education school as the investigation. By looking up a large number of literature resource and visiting experts, in the form of question survey, the presenter will analyze and investigate the study of the sports teaching on special education school. The results shows:(1) Due to social influence, there is six special education school in Yong zhou city. It is still more balance of the school development.(2)Special education school needs to improve sports teaching conditions urgently. The number of PE teachers is less, especially lack of the professional spots teachers. The number of the male teacher is larger than the number of female teachers. At the same time, their age structure is big and young teachers is less, especially no training for female special education.(3)The facilities of the special education school is not perfect. City special education school is much better than country special school.(4) The situation to carry out and implement the PE lessons is good. But the quality of PE lessons is different. Teachers don't pay much attention to the special needs when they select sports teaching content.(5)The form to hold the curricular sports activities is single. A few of school will hold sports meeting regularly.According to the results of the research, the paper puts forward the following suggestions. social departments of government at all levels should increase the construction and investment for the counties of special school in order to guarantee the disabled students can come to school nearly. And it should improve teaching conditions and increase the professional teacher of PE. At the same time we should encourage PE teachers to participate in continuing education training and select the different types of content for the disabled to ensure the extracurricular sports activities carried out normally.
