With the arriving of the popularity of higher education, People start to worry the quality of higher education. So the teaching problem of college teachers,especially the teaching development of young teachers in Colleges and universities now concern to all social,More and more researchers began to focus on the development of research on the Instructional Development ofcollege teachers. However, National universities has its multicultural feature compare to the general college. At the same time, Young teachers also have themselves uniqueness compare to general teachers.the development of general teachers teaching in normal Colleges and universities, which is unable to meet the needs of young teachers’ teaching development.Therefore, It’s meaningful to starting research on young teachers’ teaching development of national universities.This paper is research for young teachers of national colleges, using questionnaires for National Universities school young teachers in Hubei Province to investigate. It is found that the plight of the young nation’s colleges teaching development mainly in five aspects,,firstly, the weak consciousness of teaching development of young teachers; secondly, training content does not meet the needs of teachers in national institutions; thirdly, the method of teachers teaching development lake of diversity; fourthly lacking of protection mechanisms; fifthly,lacking of teaching development platform.Faced with the plight of the youth national institutions teaching development, this article attempts to seek a breakthrough in two ways, on the one hand, you can get inspiration from the practice of the United States has been more mature development of university teaching experience, their development goals, organization, content, methods and models practice for the development of teaching young ethnic institutions have a certain reference value. On the other hand, combined with the youth national college teachers multicultural character and Phases teaching development,This paper try to find Theoretical guidance from these theories of “Teaching academic theory”, “development paradigm theory of university teachers”. “Teacher development stage theory” and “Diversification of educational theory”On the base of analyzing to the characteristics and current situation of national colleges’ teaching development of young teachers in our country, Through Comparative analysis method, this paper construct strategies on five level of Concept, content, methods, organization and system for national colleges’ teaching development of young teachers.On the concept level, teachers should set up the concept of teaching development, formed the teaching academic ideas, cultivate the spirit of reflection;On the content level,young teachers should strengthen multicultural teaching ability and information technology teaching ability; On the method level, young teachers should suitable teaching developing method to induction period, stabilization and disambiguation change period, then form a three stage developing model. And help teachers through teaching "plateau". on the organization level,schools should provide a platform for young teachers’ teaching development, building and improving the teachers’ teaching development center, strengthen the construction of teaching team. On the system level, strengthen the establishment of training system, teaching evaluation system, file system, incentive system and treatment system.
