The cooperation between universities and senior schools(U-S), which belongs to a new education model, was carried out relatively late in domestic. Based on the principle of equality and mutual assistance, the universities and senior high schools cooperate with each other. On one hand, it is good for the teachers of universities to connect theory and practice, as well as to create conditions for scientific research and develop their research ability. On the other hand, it is also good for the development of senior schools, improving their teaching methods and teaching abilities. During the process of U-S cooperation, there also exposed some problems which need further improvement.The research took Yucai primary school of Xingtai as the research object. Based on the method of literature, observation, interview as well as comparison, it analyzed and concluded the cooperation between Yucai primary school and university, which aims at improving the cooperation model and enhancing the effect of education.The whole thesis consists of six parts.Chapter one is introduction. It clarifies the origin of the research, defines the core concepts, purpose and significance. Besides, it also analyzes the research conditions home and abroad as well as put forward the research methods.Chapter two is about the investigation of present situation. Based on the method of literature, observation, interview as well as comparison, the chapter mainly focuses on the background of the objected primary school. Furthermore, Describes the research objective as well as an introduction of the detailed measures of U-S cooperation on the Yucai primary school.Chapter three is about the positive effects of U-S cooperation on the Yucai primary school. It is the cooperation that makes the primary school further clarify the teaching philosophy, which in turn optimizes the curriculum and deepens the course reform. All of these changes contribute to the construction of a high quality primary school and the supply of high quality teaching resources.Chapter four is the exposed problems as well as its possible causes. The problems during the process of cooperation consist of four aspects: the primary teachers, the university teachers, school management and the regulations. These problems resulted in the unfitness, low energy and inequality among the primary and university teachers. The appearance of these problems is the result of many factors polymerization,include the teachers as well as the school regulations.Chapter five put forward the suggestions. The description mainly include four aspects: build an effective assessment method, fully embody the role of platform of organization, converse the thought of teachers, concentrate on the cooperation actively, and overcome the cultural difference to enhance communication.
