With the rapid development of social economy,education problems have been widely concerned.Home school cooperation has become an important trend in the development of education in the world.All the countries of the world have carried out a thorough and meticulous research on the problem of home school cooperation,striving to play the function and function of home school cooperation in education and teaching in order to improve education teaching.The effect and quality of learning.The cooperative work of primary school and school,the cooperation between parents and schools will help to grasp the growth of children comprehensively,grasp the problems and shortcomings of the children's growth,and promote the growth of children better through effective cooperation between the two sides.At present,home school cooperation in primary schools has been widely applied to children's education,and has achieved certain results.But it is undeniable that,because of the late application of home school cooperation in children's education,and the lack of effective communication and communication between parents and schools,the model of home school cooperation has not played the desired function and function in the education of children.In this case,how to build a communication and communication mechanism between the three parents,teachers and schools is of great significance to promote the growth of children by combining and promoting each other to form a joint education mechanism which is effective and complementary to each other.On the basis of the existing research at home and abroad,from the school angle and the family angle,this study investigates the problems of the home school cooperation problems,such as the understanding of home school cooperation,the content of home school cooperation,the way of home school cooperation and the influence factors of home school cooperation.The school mainly takes teachers as the object of investigation,and parents as the subjects.In the design process of the questionnaire,the basic information of teachers and parents and the information about the status of home school cooperation were mainly included,and the teacher volume of the "primary school school cooperation questionnaire" and the "primary school school cooperation" were compiled,and 10 teachers and 12 families were selected for the first test.According to the standardization process of the reliability and validity test questionnaire of the initial test results,the items which are not in conformity with the standard are deleted,and the questionnaires are modified by the relevant experts and the parents of some primary school pupils.Finally,a formal questionnaire is formed to investigate the cooperation between primary school and school.As a survey tool,85 teachers and 360 first grade parents were selected as the survey subjects,260 parents and 14 class teachers were interviewed,and the status of primary school school cooperation was described.The causes were analyzed by interview survey,and the influence of society,schools,teachers,parents and students on the cooperation of primary school and school was discussed.Through the analysis and sorting out of the research results,the study concluded the following 4 conclusions:(1)the school has not paid enough attention to the cooperation between home and school.There is no orderly and organized cooperation system for school cooperation in schools,so that teachers and parents can not reasonably plan to participate in the development of school activities.Without a sound evaluation system,parents and teachers are not enthusiastic enough to carry out home school cooperation.(2)the sense of cooperation between teachers and parents is not strong.In the family school cooperation,teachers and parents have not reached a certain level of understanding the cooperation of home school,which makes the communication between the two sides can not reflect the two-way nature.Most of them use teachers to contact their parents,and parents can contact more teachers when they need teachers to answer questions.Influenced by traditional educational thought,most parents believe that students' educational schools and teachers are more authoritative,and more responsibilities and responsibilities are divided into schools.(3)the content of home school cooperation is narrower and narrower.Influenced by the old education concept and the present test education,the teachers and parents will take the children's academic achievements as the main content of communication and communication in the process of home school cooperation.Especially in primary school,parents are especially concerned about their academic performance,for fear that their children will lose at the starting line.Relatively learning,children's habits,moral behavior,hobbies,communication skills,psychological development and other aspects of the concern is inadequate.(4)the mode of cooperation between home and school is single.Themode of home school cooperation still stays on the basis of more conventional parents' meetings and parents' participation in school activities,and the limited scope of existing communication methods,to a certain extent,affects the depth and overall development of home school cooperation.Based on the above conclusions,it is suggested(1)to strengthen the construction of home school cooperation system,standardize the cooperation of home school and provide necessary guarantee for the better development of home school cooperation;(2)update the educational concept and enhance the cooperation consciousness of both school and school;(3)broaden the mode of home school cooperation and promote the cooperation and development of home school;enrich the content of home school cooperation and promote the study of school and school.The overall development of life.
