Research On The Structure Of The Primary School Teachers In Wolong Pingquan County

The key to China's modernization lies in the modernization of rural areas. The key to the modernization of rural areas lies in the modernization of rural education. Rural education plays an important role in creating a well-off society and a harmonious socialist society. Therefore, it is important to strengthen the construction and improve the quality of rural primary school teachers.This paper investigated the structure of rural primary school teachers in Wolong, Pingquan County, Hebei Province. Many problems were found in the structure of teachers in rural primary school. The main problems are as follows: Aging problem is serious among rural primary school teachers. Gender distribution is out of balance.Education backgroud is various. Teachers' Mandarin is not standard due to the geographical structure. Subject structure is unreasonable. The structure of professional qualification is unreasonable. It results in low overall quality of rural primary school teachers owing to the above problems. On the basis of the questionnaire, the study found that the main reason for this problem is that the traditional ideas of the status of teachers, the utilitarian view of education and local concept which are difficult to avoid. What's more, this is also an inevitable link with the input and output management of education.This paper analysed the dynamic management of the teachers' team. According to the analysis of the relevant issues, the paper put forward relevant measures to improve the current irrational situation in rural primary school teachers' team which make a rural primary school teachers resources optimal allocation more reasonable.
