The key to education is the teacher,who is the specific implementer of education.Teachers' well-being is a topic that the education sector has been paying attention to.The happiness of rural primary school teachers is not only related to themselves,but also to the growth and development of students.Only when teachers are happy,the students who are taught will be happy.If we want to enable students to feel happiness,we must first concern about the happiness of teachers.The purpose of this article is to investigate the happiness of teachers in rural primary schools,let the public and the people know the working and living conditions of the rural primary school teachers,put forward the methods and measures to improve the rural primary school teachers' professional well-being.However,due to the wide range of rural areas,it is difficult to study,so the author uses the work to take XX town of Juye county as an example,select of 8 elementary school teachers as subjects,using questionnaire and individual interview method.The questionnaire survey was conducted among 89 teachers with self-compiled scale.Meanwhile,11 teachers were interviewed.Hoped that this will further deduce the situation of the happiness of rural primary school teachers,and then propose methods and measures to improve the happiness of rural primary school teachers.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the purpose,significance,related concepts and literature review of the study.The second part mainly introduces the investigation purpose,investigation object,investigation method and investigation step of the research.The third part is the main part of the full text.From the analysis of self-factors,social factors,work factors,salary and career development dimensions,the study found that:(1)the overall level of happiness is on the middle level,and the happiness of male teachers is lower than that of female teachers.(2)the sense of happiness of a teacher in charge of a class is lower than that of a non-class teacher.(3)teachers under the age of 30 have the lowest degree of happiness,and the teachers' sense of happiness within 5 years of teaching age is significantly lower than that of other teachers.(4)the teachers' feeling of happiness in grade one and grade six is the lowest than that of other grade teachers.(5)teachers with undergraduate education have a low sense of happiness.(6)the sense of happiness of teachers with senior titles is obviously higher than that of other professional titles.(7)teachers who live in out-of-town are less happy.(8)the higher the income teachers are more likely to feel the sense of happiness.The third part is to explore the reasons that affect the happiness of rural primary school teachers.The fourth part is to discuss the reasons for the difference in the well-being of teachers in rural primary school: the stress of the job,the lack of management,the low social status,and the weakly welfare policy.Lastly,it is mainly proposes improving the sense of well-being from the aspects of self,school,society and government.
