The globalization of the world economy makes English as an international language become more and more important. It has been widely concern and attention of our people, English learners grow day by day, English education in low age gradually becomes obvious trend. To strengthen the research into English education in the kindergarten is the demands for education of Kindergarten for the sake of social develop.The study on the related theories of Second Language Acquisition Theory?Modern Study and develop Theory and Preschool Education Theory,through questionnaires, interviews and other methods, survey of present situation of English education in kindergarten of Baoding city, and probes into the present situation and problems of English education in Kindergarten, proposed the corresponding countermeasures.Researches show that, English education in kindergarten of Baoding city overall situation is good, but there are some problems, such as less qualified English teachers in kindergarten, not enough value to English education has deviation, in view of existing problems, researcher also according to actual situation,proposed the corresponding countermeasures, It includes that: Strengthen the professional quality of teachers, overall understand English of kindergarten educational objectives, scientific and reasonable to select right textbooks, arrange reasonable educational content, English immersion teaching permeates on children's daliy life, create a more favorable English education environment and strengthen the communication with the parents.
