Research On The Problems Of Teaching Staff's Construction Of The Independent College

With the deepening of the concept that prospering the nation with science and education, higher education has become a crucial support for China's scientific and technological progress as well as economic development. The establishment of independent college is a major breakthrough for the school-running mechanism innovation and mode renovation of higher education institutions. Independent colleges rapidly impoved the effective supply and promoted the expansion of ordinary advanced education resources with high level and quality, which plays a unique and important role in areas such as school-running scale, level, quality, investment and etc. The independent college is attached to the maternal unversity in aspects of school resources, teaching traditions, teaching staff and management efficiency, among which excellent teaching resources is the fundamental of the independent college. Thus the building of higly qualified full-time teaching force is the guarantee for the long-term healthy development of the independent college.The research object of this thesis is HB College in Hebei Province, which is the only independent college in Hebei Province approved by the Chinese Ministry of Education after the issue of “Setup and Management Regulations of Independent Colege”(Regulation of Education Department of PRC, No.26). The thesis adopted the methods of literature study and mathematical statistics and comprehensively analyzed the faculty structure of HB College, which led to the conclusion of its existing problems of teaching staff construction and the countermeasures respectively.Regional factors is the objective conditions can not be ignored in the process of University Development.Independent colleges are subject to geographical factors under the condition that the need to combine its own advantage, to develop a set of suitable for the long-term development of college teaching staff construction plan.
