The Study Of The New Generation Of Female Migrant Workers' Occupational Mobility

This Master Thesis was take S area export processing zone of Shanghai as an example and S area the new generation of female migrant workers as the research object, used qualitative methods, collected relative material through observation,depth interview,literature method to research on the New Generation of female migrant workers'occupational mobility. The thesis studies the occupational mobility of the new generation of female migrant workers. The data has been collected by qualitative research.With the theory of sociology, this thesis detailed described the new generation of female migrant workers'occupational mobility, and analysis,summary and explanation the present situation,characteristics and its influences,effects and consequences of their occupation flow. Then this thesis found the problem that their flow lacked professional guidance and help and tried giving the rational explanations and suggestions from different aspects.
