With the continuous development of China's politics,economy and culture,the state and society pay more and more attention to the education cause,and the structure of primary school teachers has also received more and more attention.At present,the proportion of male and female teachers in the primary school teachers is out of balance;primary school teachers have become “workable for women”,this situation mainly influenced by traditional social prejudice.This has caused the current male have a low level of recognition for the primary education.According to the qualitative research method,this thesis profoundly and delicately expounds the attitude of primary educational males in professional identity.Specific research methods include physical analysis and interviews.As the main research method,the interview method interviewed four pre-primary educational males and three post-employment primary educational males to understand their development progress in primary education.The physical analysis method mainly collects some curriculum plans for the primary education majors and daily assignments during the university,In order to assist the researcher get more information about male professional identification for primary education.The study found that males in both primary education and post-employment have a low level of recognition for the profession.Post-employment males always connect with primary student,so their values can be recognized which often enhances their recognition of the profession.The study further analyzed the factors affecting male professional identity in primary education and the specific strategies to improve male professional identity in primary education.The influencing factors are mainly analyzed from the perspectives of individual,professional and social.The personal factors mainly include whether the individual understands and interested in the primary education major,the individuals ' choice of professional values and whether there is a comprehensive understanding of his own advantages;professional factors includes the curriculum of colleges and universities,the quality of the teaching staff,and whether the colleges and universities provide appropriate psychological counseling for males in primary education.The social factors mainly include the gender orientation of the teacher's role in the traditional concept,the influence of the teacher profession in the courtship process,and the employment market.The development and the impact of salary and social status factors;in addition,the researchers also summarized the other two factors affecting male professional identity in primary education: The first point is the impact of important others,including parents and classmates,the guiding role of professional teachers on students and the importance of leadership to individuals after entering the job;the second point is the impact of free teacher policy on male professional identity in primary education.Based on the factors influencing the male professional identity of primary education,the researcher put forward specific strategies to improve male professional identity.Including personal promotion,improve the self-confidence of male individuals to themselves and the profession;professional construction,improve the cultivation and construction of male and primary education majors in colleges;social support,improve the traditional gender imprint of the profession,and appeal to all levels of society Performing the corresponding functions and working together to improve male professional identity in primary education.
