Investigating Confucius Classroom At Rayongwittayakom Secondary School

China has made great achievements since its economic reform. This has created a trend for the world to learn Chinese. The percentage of students in Thailand learning Chinese are increasing every year, so more schools are offering Chinese language courses.The purpose of this paper is to give an analysis of both teaching and learning Chinese language at the Confucius Classroom at Rayongwittayakom Secondary School. We will survey both teachers and students though questionnaires and interviews. The main contents are teachers, students, teaching materials, teaching quality, and other aspects in the classroom. Based on the analysis, we will discuss some of the problems that exist in the school, and give suggestions and countermeasures to solve these issues. This will provide a reference for Rayongwittayakom secondary schools and other schools teaching Chinese.
