An Analysis Of The Enrollment And Employment Changes Of Private Higher Vocational Colleges In Shanghai

The Private higher education is an indispensable constituent of higher education system in China and has entered a stage of rapid development in recent years. The research takes the students of the Private Higher Education Colleges in China as the research object, and makes an explorative analysis on the sources of students and employment of graduates of the Private Higher Education Colleges. The purpose of research is to learn the sources of students and the employment of graduates of Private Higher Education Colleges. The results of research shall provide some references for the admissions and career guidance of the Private Higher Education Colleges. The research utilizes quantitative investigation method with frequency distribution and description statistical analysis.The results of research probe into the Private Higher Education Colleges in three aspects of enrollment scales, admission sources and employment of graduates, and discover certain new characteristics of the Private Higher Education Colleges。 The results point out the necessity and the urgency of carrying out targeted reform in the Private Higher Education Colleges painstakingly. The research also puts forward some suggestions to the future development and the reform strategy to improve the employment of graduates of the Private Higher Education Colleges in China. In the end, I discuss the insufficiency of the research and give some suggestions for the future research.
