As a part of the social security culture,the safety culture of colleges and universities will have a profound impact on the establishment and inheritance of social security values.It is the inevitable requirements for the construction of safe colleges and universities in the new era to study the connotation and composition of campus safety culture,analyze its functions,and find out innovative and practical solutions to its construction.On the basis of on-the-spot investigation and in-depth analysis of existing literature and research findings,this dissertation studies relative theories of safety culture in colleges and universities,constructs an evaluation index system for the construction of safety culture in colleges and universities,designs and optimizes the corresponding evaluation indexes,establishes an integrated evaluation model,determines the method of quantitative measurement,and conducts empirical research.The research content is mainly divided into the following parts:1.Research on the theoretical basis of safety culture in colleges and universities.Starting from the two dimensions,culture and safety,the dissertation adopts the information precipitation method to further study the definition of safety culture in both a narrow and a broad sense.Then centered on the origin,development,the structure and the level of safety culture,its relationship with safety management,and its roles in accident control system,thorough research is conducted on the content of safety culture.The present research analyzes the psychological foundation of safety culture with Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory and philosophy.2.Identification of the third type of hazard source on the campus of colleges and universities.The dissertation studies the basic concept and classification of hazard sources,analyzes the accident-causing theory of the third type of hazard sources,establishes the corresponding mechanism model,and identifies the third kind of hazard sources on the campus.And it studies the formation mechanism of unsafe behaviors of human beings from the perspectives of Psychology and Physiology,Management and Sociology,Ergonomics and Man-machine Engineering,analyzes the influencing factors of unsafe behaviors of human beings from psychology,physiology,environment and organization,and explores the cultural root of unsafe behaviors of human beings.3.Construction of evaluation index system.On the basis of analyzing the connotation and characteristics of safety culture in colleges and universities,the dissertation adopts SMART principle and takes the accident-causing theory of the third type of hazard source as the basis to establish the conceptual model of human evaluation system with human as the core of safety culture construction in colleges and universities,both from macro and micro levels,time and environment perspectives.Through index screening and optimization,an evaluation index system for the construction of safety culture in colleges and universities is formed,which includes four first-level indexes,namely,safety system culture,safety concept culture,safety behavior culture and safety material culture,and 29 second-level indexes.The system is tested for structural validity,and finally the index is analyzed and defined.4.Construction of evaluation index system.The characteristics of the index system of safety culture construction in colleges and universities are deeply analyzed from the perspective of modeling.DEMATEL-ANP-FCE method is selected as the basic evaluation method of safety culture construction in colleges and universities.The combination method of DEMATEL and ANP was optimized and improved from DEMATEL scale,ANP network structure diagram,ANP judgment matrix and comprehensive evaluation,and the evaluation model of college safety culture construction based on DEMATEL-ANP-FCE method was constructed.In addition,matrix and graph theory are used to analyze the logical relationship between indicators.5.Determination of index grading standard and quantitative measurement.By using the methods of observation,interview and on-the-spot investigation,this paper classifies the indicators,puts forward specific standards for the trend degree reflected by the contents of each grade,and clarifies the corresponding relationship between each grade and attribute.And each grade is represented by a linear scale.According to the structural characteristics of university personnel and the comparative analysis of various sampling methods,stratified sampling method is selected as the main method for quantitative measurement of safety culture of colleges and universities.Quantitative measurement scale for construction of safety culture of universities and colleges is designed on the basis of index grading standard,and the reliability and structural validity of the scale are tested.6.Empirical research.The safety culture of a university in Yunnan was measured quantitatively with the designed scale,and DEMATEL-ANP-FCE evaluation model was used for comprehensive evaluation.The paper puts forward constructive measures to construct the safety culture according to the evaluation results.This dissertation has made a meaningful exploration in the theoretical basis,evaluation index system,evaluation model,and qualitative and quantitative methods of indicators for the construction and quantitative measurement method of safety culture and suggestions of safety culture.It provides a useful reference for the theoretical research of safety culture construction and the practical application of safety management in colleges and universities.
