Preparation is the foundation of the school teachers, teachers teach well class premise, it is a guarantee of high-quality courses on teachers, but teachers will be teaching content into students' learning experience bridge. So I think in the course of the study, to find an effective lesson planning experience to learn the primary language of beginning teachers, improve the efficiency of primary school language teachers preparing lessons.In this research, the author mainly uses the method of interview, classroom observation and material collection, in order to T city S Primary school Chinese language teacher Xin Chunyu as the research object, has accumulated a large number of first-hand information. Because key teachers for teachers in general has a certain role model and leading role to support the region or segment or science teaching and teaching and research work of the school.
