With China's economic and social development, requirements of secondary occupation education are cultivating highly qualified skilled workers and specialized personnel with the overall quality and comprehensive occupation ability in production, service, technology and management. But currently secondary vocational education is still not free from the management of students in the circumstance of traditional education pattern. It has not formed the academic evaluation system with the characteristics of medium occupation education, and especially vocational students academic evaluation system is not perfect. Academic evaluation system still follows the traditional teaching pattern of academic evaluation, and it focuses on summative assessment. The main purpose of the evaluation is that the students learning achievement test, which ignores the realization of the ultimate goal of development of students as the comprehensive education.The traditional vocational student's academic evaluation's method is monotonous and puts too much emphasis on quantitative evaluation, ignoring the quality evaluation. The teacher is the only subject of evaluation. This ignores the social sectors and students' self-evaluation and mutual evaluation, which seriously affects the cultivation of students' practical ability and increases social occupation skills. The growing demand for high-quality workers has made vocational students' academic evaluation become the focus of attention. Therefore, the construction of brand-new and scientific vocational students' academic evaluation system is an important subject in the teaching reform of contemporary education occupation. This study focuses on the status of a secondary vocational school's student academic evaluation analysis in Xi'an to build a line with the secondary occupation the education goals, to reflect the characteristics of occupation education. It can also enhance the quality of education and teaching in secondary occupation school and improve comprehensive quality of vocational students.In order to change the traditional mode that puts the emphasis on learning, pays more attention to the score of vocational students, improvement the evaluation mechanism, establishment comprehensive evaluation of academic and reflection of the characteristics of occupation education process as well as the quality of multi-evaluation system are particularly urgent. The research on vocational students academic evaluation system is the main research content, using the theory of modern occupation education, multiple intelligence theory and constructivism education thought as the basic theoretical foundation and analyzing academic tradition of secondary vocational school students evaluation system's problems. By sample interviewing the secondary vocational school teachers, students and parents in Xi'an and using questionnaire survey of managers, interview and literature research with the practical experience engaged in the occupation for many years. It also makes use of education, psychology and other disciplines of knowledge, exploring the evaluation system in vocational school. The construction of secondary vocational school students' academic evaluation of multiple evaluation system is not only the interpretation from the theoretical level of the students' academic evaluation model, but also the exploration from the operational level.In this study, the greatest feature is not only just speculative theory, but also in practice. In the investigation, based on the status of the analysis of medium occupation school student academic evaluation in Xi'an, it puts forward to the academic evaluation mode that makes school, enterprise and family participation in. It enriches the modern occupation education students' academic evaluation theory and also provides reference to improving the evaluation mechanism and especially to the healthy development of vocational education.
