The paper designed a satisfactory questionnaire of personnel management for higher education in Beijing Municipal by combing literature review and expertise in terms of management and pyschological measurement. It ojectively analyzed the quo status of satisfaction by doing the survey among young- adulted teachers at the age under 45 in Capital University of Physical Education and Sports and elaborated the closely-related essential factors. By comparing the distinctions among different types, the paper put forwards suggestioins to improve the scientized mangement and further contribute to reform of personnel system in higher education in the conclusion.We were sent out 120 questionnaires, and 115 questionnaires were returned. And using the variance of one sample t test, independent sample t test, single factor analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis and other statistical methods to verify the results obtained are as follows:(1) With good reliability and validity, the self-made “Questionnaire on Job Satisfaction of Young Teachers in Beijing Municipal Colleges and Universities" is applicable to the survey and analysis of the job satisfaction of young teachers in Beijing municipal colleges and universities.(2) The following are the major seven factors influencing the job satisfaction of young teachers in Capital University of Physical Education and Sports: education system and social environment, leadership and management, income and welfare, organizational atmosphere and interpersonal relationships, work tasks and feelings, self realization and development as well as working environment and conditions.(3) In general, most of the young teachers are satisfied with their work. Among all the above factors, they are least satisfied with income and welfare, whose satisfaction level is at mediocre level.(4) Among the seven influencing factors, organizational atmosphere and interpersonal relationships, self realization and development, work tasks and feelings are the three factors with the most significant influences on job satisfaction, and the degree of influence is as follows: self realization and development > organizational atmosphere and interpersonal relationships > work tasks and feelings.(5) The different elements such as gender, age, seniority, marital status, fertility status, professional and technical position, level of education, whether holding administrative position, and the average monthly income make the teachers have significantly different results in the above factors of job satisfaction. Based on the above results, it is suggested in this research that: the reform of salary distribution system shall be improved and teachers' welfare shall be promoted; the reform of teacher employment system shall be intensified and more promotion channels shall be provided; the teachers' occupation development shall be taken into account; good organizational atmosphere and academic environment shall be cultivated; the reform of personnel system shall be deepened, the positions and staffing shall be verified, and the workload of teachers shall be determined.
