Research On The Training Strategy Of Rural Grassroots Cadres In Heyuan Polytechnic

Since the construction of new countryside in China,the attention has been gradually increased to the rural grass-roots cadres in the new rural construction.The government has issued a series of policies to improve the quality and ability of the rural grass-roots cadres.In this context,the city and county level units within the organization region of rural grassroots cadres for the corresponding training,but the overall performance of the current situation of poor training effect.In response to this situation,this paper selects Heyuan Polytechnic for the training of rural grass-roots cadres to carry out the college students as the goal,shortcomings of the research revealed that the training process was analyzed through the use of adult learning theory and expectation theory and Kolmogorov model theory,and the rural grassroots cadres to participate in the training are investigated and analyzed.The corresponding analysis from the objective angle according to the statistical results.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the theoretical analysis,the two is the description of the statistical analysis of the questionnaire,the three is the problem and the reason analysis part.This part is mainly to find the above data analysis of the problems in the application of adult learning theory and expectation theory,the deeper reason Koch model theory exploration,targeted for the Heyuan Polytechnic college class training of rural grassroots cadres were summarized in the aspects of institutional reasons,reasons,training institutions involved in their own these three reasons why.The four part,this part gives the reasons for the above analysis found that the suggestions from improving the training system,improve training center of teachers,strengthen the training process of capital construction and management,improve training methods,improve the incentive to improve the training of personnel enthusiasm etc.countermeasures,hoping to effectively to solve the present situation of Heyuan Polytechnic college class effect in the process of training of rural grassroots cadres in poor.
